For the very first Wildscapes podcast and more precisely the first part or chapter…
We take you on a trip to Asia with some highly qualitative and definitely inspiring music. Traditional instruments meeting more abstract electronic soundscapes.
Then we move away from Asia continent to meet with the music of Africa. The roots ! Charming voices singing over the top of awesome drumming parts…
The music is just wonderful.
The third part is dedicated to francophone singers… First track is from Corsica, just splendid. It would be an error to focus on francophone singers without including two masters of the genre… Jacques Brel and Serge Gainsbourg. We’ll end this chapter with a fantastic sound track by Francois De Roubaix.
The last chapter will prove, if it was needed, our eclecticism… Hip-Hop from the very best teams… A Tribe Called Quest, Dwight Tribe and Wu Tang Clan.
